I think I remember TYVD saying that you can take 4 Vit D capsules every 4 days instead of 1 every day, abd it wouldn't make difference, i. e. wouldn't be less or more healthy. Unfortunately, I can't find the thread anymore.
Can you confirm or deny this?
Also, how to store Vitamin D softgels? Freezing/refrigerating a good idea?
