>teal man but still look DYEL
At what point do one start looking "fit"? I've been lifting for two years, average height, very lean, but looking at me you think I did a lot of running
I'm green man dyel. I actually like it, mainly because I think it's funny.
>teal after two years
Dude what? You should be able to reach intermediate within a year, barring injuries.

Tyel status is easily achievable in three of four months of strength training

If you start lifting being moderately fit - yes. When I started lifting I could do around 10 push-ups and maybe 1 pull-up, it took me 8 months to get to teal.

lifting for strength is not lifting for AESTHETIC. you will still look dyel no matter how strong you are just straight lifting low reps.
