Improved my posture a lot. Got more flexible joints and it really compliments my swimming lifestyle.
My advice is to stick to it for atleast three months. At the begining is a bit hard if youre not flexible at all (like me) but its a constant effort that really paysoff.

You can start by signing up for a class at a local studio, or getting a mat and practicing at home through video instruction.
There are many types of yoga out there so some research beforehand may be required to find what you're looking for, but I recommend anything that doesn't stray too far from it's ancient Indian roots.
