Highly distilled vodka and water. You can add a slice of lemon or lime, but that's pretty much the only drink you can have while continuing to cut. And never eat while you're drunk.

People have always told me that you can't drink while cutting but drinking vodka and water at night helps me cut because I don't eat at night and I sleep like a log. Seven times distilled vodka and water man, I'm sipping it right now and I'm dropping just under 2 pounds per week.
