Anything going in in your personal life? Any kind of lifestyle change you recently made? Got in a fight with your gf, friend or family? Anything at all? It's way more likely something just pissed you off or is stressing you out and you're outwardly projecting it. Or, check your BP. The spirulina could have raised your heart rate to the point where it's putting you on edge, and if you get pissed off it creates a feedback loop of anger.

Thanks anon, I'll look into it. A sucker pissed me off at MMA training today, but I got way too pissed off for that petty thing. 5 hours in and I'm still angry as fuck, this is not normal, I rarely get angry. I'll see if I can just go to sleep.
