What body parts should I add isolation exercises to so i looks like i am on steroids?
I guess the obvious is traps but if you wanna actually play the part then you need to build up the mind part of taking roids, now im talking about 10x40 superset 10kg curl sort of roid not power lifting. So first all after youve done shrugs and curls you need to talk for about 10 minutes then prang out when you see someone smaller than you lifting heavier, cause of your huge ego, thats probably the most important part about it really, once you get that you can build the muscle easy

curls, bench, shrugs and lateral raises seem to be most common exercises at my gym for some reason

Pretty much the same here, i see a little bit of tricep work as well but no back work at all. The guys that roid for strength instead only deadlift and an occasional squat
