Alrght fit, I've been a lurker for years and I finally need your help. The last two months I've been sleeping excessively and I've gotten so out of shape that a short sprint makes me sore for two days after. I think I'm suffering from atrophy almost. I'm going to fuck my dream girl at the end of october/possibly at the end of september. I want to be in perfect fucking shape by then and I need a simple workout plan I can start now and do until then. I have a weight set and a pull up bar. I don't really want any dietary help, just a plan to get me from ridiculous weakness to good shape in four to seven weeks.
