Recovering fat-ass here. I'm trying to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, and as I still get noob gains I'm guessing this is actually possible. Started at 125kg, went down to 85 without lifting, started lifting now and eating at a deficit but stalling on lifts. I only eat maybe 80g protein per day. Should I double it or what?

Double the protein, yeah, but make sure you've reached a point where you don't mind gaining some weight. Bulking is a thing for a reason, it's easier to eat a lot (2g/lb protein included of course) and gain muscle

If I weigh 85kg and get 160g protein per day through whey and chicken etc, while still eating at a deficit of maybe 1800 calories a day it should probably work right?
