Sup /fit/izens, I really really need to know something. I am just getting into fitness, and, of course, starting with diet.
Everywhere I research it says to eat brown rice. Everyday. But I completely despise the taste of rice. Can't fucking eat it.
I love buckwheat though - and comparing their nutrition facts it seems buckwheat is even better, or are there some kind of drawbacks to it?

Buckwheat is pure gains food. All those eastern europeans that look like giant bears eat buckwheat at least once a day.

Quinoa costs 5 euros per 400 grams, while I get rice or buckwheat for 1 euro.
