How long will it take me to overhead press 135x6 from beginner?

Like less than a year if you train it 3+ days a week.
My friend who is ecto 6' 155lbs ohp 185x2 in less than a year, his gym had ni flat bench so that was the only pressing he could do 5 days a week.

about 2 weeks of training smart i.e no fap, gomad + and huffing paint before each set

He also took a ton of adderall and opiods so you could easily get stronger

Been training for 8 months, 4-5 days a week, every week.

Went from bar OHP for 5 reps in February to 135 for 3 sets of 8 last week, I hit 135 for two reps August 6th, training OHP and accessories about twice a week.

Entirely depends on where you begin. I got to 135x5 within about 3 months, started at 180lb at 6'2", ended up at 220lbs
