230 incline bench for reps
440 deadlift for reps

I could stand to lose 10kg which would make a huge difference to my body.
People at the gym say I'm delusional for thinking I'm fat as fuck (which I feel like) and that 10kg is way too much for me to lose and that I should try losing 3-5kg first then reasses.
