Juice shouldn't normally stain cups, right? I never thought about it before. I know when I drink something like apple juice or hawaiian punch it doesn't stain cups. But some brands leave behind stuff that I can smudge inside the cup. Wouldn't that do damage to my insides over time or am I just being retarded?
drinking juice is a first class ticket to diabetestown

Depends on what juice we're talking about. Beets, for one, absolutely leave a stain on fucking everything.
But you're right, it is pretty rare in natural things.

I bought a bunch of juice from the dollar store. Some generic brand stuff like fruit punch because there was no water left and hurricane is coming.

If that's the case it's probably chock full of unhealthy shit. Check the ingredients list. If it's staining the inside of cups it probably has food colouring in it, or if it's residue it might be fruit pulp, but if it's cheap shit then it's probably the former.
At the end of the day this stuff is bad for you but you don't need to be paranoid about it, unless you're slamming it back every day for a prolonged period then it won't make a difference. Might make you feel a tiny bit ill because of excess sugar but that's about it.
