I want to improve my kickboxing gainz.
What can I do except the 3 times a week killer training.
Sometimes I use some bars in the park for pull ups and some ocasional home pushups.
Do you guys think sprinting would be better than endurance training for my purpose?

My legs are big compared with the rest of the body.
Stats: 177 cm (manlet king)
Weight: 84 kg
Circumference of upper part of the leg: 60cm
Body fat I would estimate it at around 15%
