workout everyday, workout harder everyday
when I first started I only had this issue once
>did a really big workout
>damn near passed out after it
>sweating like crazy
>Waited an hour to calm down
>had a cold shower
>next day did exact same workout
>barely broke a sweat this time
>did more at the end of it just to set my goals higher
>half hour of hydrating with water
>cold shower
>keep doing, adding and modifying the workout EVERYDAY to make it work me harder
>one week later and I honestly felt fucking amazing
although wasn't fat, just unfit
