/fit/ what should I start out doing if I'm just getting into working out?
I've been relatively active, helping build an event center nearby (local shit, not big business/state).
But work's been dying down and it's not intensive enough to help me build actual muscle.
I have little money, will buy a weight set in time, but for now I need a set I can do to help me.
Please guys, I need to build some muscles on my arms, I'm a fucking string bean.
I should also add, I'm looking at routines that don't require equipment.
