Shoulder exercise thread
I'm looking to add more volume to my shoulder work, by adding another accessory, so comment what you do for shoulders/what exercises you use/like/dogmatically think are the best.
For example, I use the Z press as my main over head press variant, as well as rotating through standing 1 arm DBpress, DB Z-Press, klokov push press, the press (TM rippetoe) and do a bunch of face pulls and side raises.
I've heard good things about John meadows approach to rear Delts, can anyone confirm or deny what he's said in his old t-nation article?
lateral and front delt cable flies for 3x15 each arm have been nice for size gains. for shoulder strength accessory i enjoy heavy dumbell lateral delt flies (maybe 3x10 each arm) with a little body english and a short hold at the top

pike pushups and ohp to get hspu

couldn't tell you. i think its more about progressing by elevating your feet higher and higher on something or against a wall till you have the strength
Just OHP and face pulls
I also bench and sometimes do incline, but I don't have a ton of shoulder exercises
Every time I try to add more pressing volume, I irritate my shoulder so I don't even bother. Progress has been fine though so I don't care to fuck with it much
