Give me one reason why you should do more than 5-10 minutes of cardio if science proves there's not health benefit of doing more.

It's almost like a single study doesn't count as conclusive proof for a claim at all, and will need to be replicated several times just to be sure that what it reported is even the case at all in that situation.
It talks about a few measures of health by the way, nowhere near enough to say "it's conclusively better than longer endurance building exercise".
The article also misrepresents the study as talking about a one minute exercise despite it being significantly longer than that.
I'll wait for statements from actual medical associations before I decide what's best for health. Forbes isn't that.

Because I'm not a pussy which can't stay in mild discomfort during a few hours at a time. Also endorphins, HIIT doesn't give me the same high long distance does.
because i'm trying to outrun the cardio bunny right next to me. she invited me to do stadiums tomorrow bruhs how do i not fuck this up? should i go with a pump that way she thinks im normally big?
