It's been a few days since then, haven't done anything since. The feeling has gone away. How do I know if something's wrong or if it was just DOMS? My mom slipped a disc once and I don't want to fuck with that at all. Sorry if I shouldn't have made a whole thread just for this but I wasn't sure where to ask.
