No but seriously, any advice is appreciated, I'm tired of the skinnyfat life. I was doing 1600kcal on keto from Jan to March and lost a bunch of weight. Now aiming at 2000kcal seems even a little overboard (as in I feel I have to eat more than I used to before doing keto, which makes me worried about gaining more weight even if it's less than my TDEE). What do?
