Currently 5'8 64kg plateauing on SL 5x5
Current Lifts
Bench:66kg
Squat:91kg
Deadlift:102kg
This is my first time hitting a plateau. Confused as to whether I should switch up the program as I've heard 5x5 is good only up to a certain point, and whether I should perhaps bulk to 150 to be blessed with more gains. what u think /fit/
Do 3x5 or 3x3 like you are supposed to when you stall completely. then eventually 1x3 and then switch program
