ive been following a beginner full body and then a beginner upper/lower

ive been following a beginner full body and then a beginner upper/lower split for the past year. ive gained quite a bit of muscle on my legs, shoulders, and back, but my arms are lacking. currently i do upper/lower and on upper days i do 4x6 or 4x10 (depending on whether it's strength or hypertrophy) hammer curls and skullcrushers.

what should i do to make my arms really grow? im thinking about just doing arms on every workout, so i'd be doing 4x6 or 4x10 hammer curls and skull crushers, 4 days a week. is there something better or smarter than i could do?

pump your arms every day with light weight high volume and stretch after that for a month and then go back to regular am training

Mechanical drop sets bro.

Good for pump and volume. Do preacher curls for a weight you can do for about 10, then flip around the bench and curl it for 10 more.

For tris you can do overhead rope pull to regular.

Finish with a light close grip bench for 20-30 reps and curl just the bar for as many reps as possible. Feel those arms explode.

Try to mix up the accessories you use every few weeks too.
