I retained most of mine from two years ago. Legs were hard because my flexibility went and fucked the dog but with stretching thin gs are looking better. For some reason back has been the hardest.

How long did it take you? Man I don't need to get too buff again, but watching some of these vids of people getting beat up makes me want to regain some of my old strength.

When i was 17 i used to lift but injured my wrists
Got back like 6 months after and was bigger and stronger no joke

6 months no lifting and got back stronger
Also my face looked more masculine
