share your best ones. I just made this post work-out bulking shake:
50 grams of oatmeal
70 grams of frozen blueberries
50 grams of peanut butter
2 bananas
2 spoons of honey
500 ml og milk (1,5% fat)
37 g protein, 908 kcal, 120 g carbs.
thoughts?

half cup of the triple zero yogurt
cup of almond milk
scoop of protein
~35g protein, ~270 calories

1.5 cups 1% milk
2 bananas
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop birthday cake flavored protein powder
~600 cals, 90g carbs, 38g protein
