We have had a lot talk about sleep, but how do you improve your concentration/focus (and thus your flow), /fit/.
Do you take or do something? (meditation, even more sport etc.)
Or do you avoid other things? (to much television, multitasking etc.)

I smoke a lot of weed in the evening. I haven't worried about a bad nights sleep in years.
I've always had problems with insomnia and now its pretty much a distant memory. The only issue is when I don't have weed (which is rare) sleeping is near impossible for the first couple of nights, which suck for travelling abroad, but I deal with it and accept it as a consequence of my decision.
I realise there are health issues associated with it, but I feel and look better compared to when I was sleeping 3-5hours a night at best. As I smoke it as opposed to vaping/eating it's probably a break even deal, but I'm happier for it.
