I have been doing full body workout every other day for about 2.5 months now. Is my current power level expected, or do I need to start adjusting my routine in some capacity?

How long are your workouts?
My problem with full body workouts is that they take too long and are usually just the same thing over and over, so I get burnt out after just a few sessions. Splits provide variety and time-effectiveness that you can't get with just FB.
