Heart is delicious if you like dark meat. Whenever I shoot a deer, elk, moose, or caribou, the heart is always my favourite part. It is tough, but is the most heavily exercised muscle in the body. I'm not such a fan of beef or pig heart, but only because they don't have the wild game taste. I always prefer wild game for this reason, and when buying meat from a store I usually get poultry. I do love a good chicken heart stew, but it's just a substitution for rabbit heart stew.

For beef or pig heart, slice it about 1/2-1/3" thick, a light coat in flour, and pan fry on high heat.

Eat their hearts to steal their powers.

Since becoming a vegetarian, chicken hearts are one of the only things I miss
