Honest question: would taking viagra or cialis or whatever before lifting increase gains at all? Isn't the point of it to open up your test production?

Some bodybuilders actually do take it (in smaller doses) as a preworkout because it's supposed to give a really good pump. It doesn't increase gains just blood flow though.
