Im pretty sure i have forward head or kyphosis or some shit and i cant keep my neck/upper back straight when doing deadlifts and squats. Should i keep going even though my form looks like shit or just kys myself?

start neck training, get a neck harness and stretch your neck over the edge of your bed every night for 3 minutes then add a minute every week. Its gunna hurt to reset it, but once it is set and your keep training the muscles will stay put and you'll be saving urself a lot of trouble later on down the road.
