Isn't creatine in small amounts naturally found in red meat? I don't take creatine directly, but I think it's added in my pre-workout. Does anyone know a pre-workout without creatine, or am I better off just taking caffeine pills?

No wonder people are falling for the Creatine meme on this board.

Creatine *may*(may*) increase DHT up to 56% after 3 weeks. The rise in DHT could explain accelerated hair loss, but again there is little evidence that this is the case, but hair loss is genetic so op was fucked from the start man.
