What does /fit/ think about working out twice a day (6am & 9pm)? Either the same workout twice or should i hit two different groups?
you should only do this if you're under some extraordinary time constraints that make it necessary to combine two sessions
you will probably not make better gains working out twice a day, and you'll probably burn out much faster
I do weights and cardio in the same day.
A little liss in the AM for dem heart gains and weights in the pm
I do legs in the morning and upper body at night, next day do abs and then repeat the cycle.
I have no idea if it's working, now I'm skinny fat with decent arms, shoulders and legs I guess?

Do a fully body workout in one day rather than exercise different muscle groups in separate parts of the day or the next day, and then give yourself one day for your body to recover and repair the damaged tissue
