Hey /fit/, can anybody tell me how much this weighs? It's like an interstitial plate you put onto the weight machines if the gaps between the weights are too drastic for you. It feels like it weights about 4 pounds but I'm autistic and want to know more accurately.

You gym has scales for people to weight themselves. Put the weight on the scale and read what the scale says.
