I don't come here often, if ever. I think you guys are a righteous bunch of asshats.
But I felt like starting this thread, maybe pick a fight, maybe change someones mind.
I am the worst type of fattie, a fattie hating fattie.
I always KNEW I was disgusting.
But I have changed, I have already changed the way I look and I keep getting better every day.
Every day is a victory towards fitness and health.
All it takes is to hate the way you are, and then to use it towards doing something about it.
So, I am here to promote fat shaming. You need to realize that it works. You need to realize you are horrible to look at. No one thinks its cute. You are a fat piece of shit.
Do something about it.
I spend 10 mins every day fat shaming myself in the mirror.
Motivate yourself.
Health isn't at every size, and certainly not at your bloated jiggly ham planet levels.
You tell me 'fuck you'?
Go fuck yourself for letting it get this bad tubby.
