Here's my circumstances
>currently cutting on 2.3k (3.0k maintenance)
>fat loss going well
>have big deadlift session tommorow
>decided to eat 2850 calories
>had 221g protein, 35g fat, 415g carbs
Will this "carb load" tonight be enough to help my deadlift session 2mos? Still in a minor deficit, but I went pretty high on carbs.
Also, should I drink more water tonight before going to bed? I want my body to be able to make full use of these carbs.
