Sup /fit/izens, I'm just a visitor
Lately I've been trying to get back into body-weight workouts and have noticed something I'd noticed in the past before:
My left side upper-torso and my right side are built.. differently?
I do push-ups and sit-ups mostly (planning on adding a whole routine) and I've come to notice time and time again that after push-ups my right pec gets firm - all the way. On the left side it barely does.
I'll let the picture speak for itself: those are the areas that I can feel, and see, getting fired up and tightened/firmer after my push-ups.
What do?
are you a righty?
you're probably pushing harder with you're right hand.

Yes, definitely a righty. I've experimented with purposefully making my push-ups harder on the left hand side and it seems to take effect.
But the effect ~seems~ to be only on the muscle areas highlighted (and once again not on the whole pec)
