MxWxFxx repeat (Starting Balls)
Go easy in the beginning and work up, it will be linear progression so add a little force each time.
After a year or so (depends on the person) you can move on the intermediate programming (Texas Balls Method)
Heavy 5x5 on monday, go easy on wednesday and work up to a sickening ballcrushing set on friday.
Yes it will hurt for the first couple of years but you'll notice improvement.

I find a great way to implement linear progression in starting scrotum is by spreading my legs and dropping dumbbells from arms length.
Start 10kg, then 12.5kg, then 15kg
Once you hit bodyweight start doing weighted drops. Hold the weight in your hand, stand on one of the safties in the rack, then drop your legs to either side
