strength - condense the days more and focus on one or two lifts per body part

since you've already proven you're a novice with no knowledge of what you're doing, I recommend candito's linear program for you. do the strength/hypertrophy version.

Instead of doing chest and back on separate days do them on the same day, 3 day split, rest, repeat. I'd recommend doing a pyramid set from 15 reps to 4 reps (4 reps being much heavier obviously) on squats, and any other compound you want to increase. Then after 4 weeks 4X8, then 4 weeks pyramid again but with a drop set
