I've noticed recently that if I'm in direct sunlight for longer than 20 mins, I get really jittery and nervous. Is this normal? I've been trying to get some sun for the sweet vit d, but I've never heard of this happening as a result of too much sun. Should I cut back and see what happens. I'm thinking of capping it around 20 mins

Okay great, so what's the solution? Do I just try to slowly build my torelence to the sun? I did go months without direct sunlight exposure plus I woke up really late

Do active work in the sun. Like playing a sport or something. It's likely just irritation from a new stimulus. I see it in mice all the time. New noises, smells, or food will make them antsy for a week or two, then they'll calm down.
Just stick with it, and try to play in the sun to distract yourself, or just meditate and take direct control of your inner state.
