How many years does it take to get a body like the dude on the right if you start out as /SKINNY/ ?
>>
>>42745539
Depends on alot of factors, I'd say 5-6 years, more if you're tall
>>
>>42745560
>5-6 years
nigga what
>>
1 year if you just lean bulk on test
>>
Maybe 2 at the most
>>
depends on your genetics. you wont have his adonis belt either way, so there's that.
Insertions, limb lengths, proportions, rib cage size etc, its all beyond your control but integral to your overall appearance
>>
>>42745539
3 years natty
1 year on gear
>>
>>42745539
Less than year with proper routine and lifestyle around it. diet, routine, everything has to be on point.

dont believe what other fuckers say.

Would that be a single ~12 week cycle during the year, or would you have to cruise for the entire year?
>>
>>42745597
I have an adonis' belt, but I think it's because I'm skinny.
>>
>>42745560

>5-6 years

lol wut. That took me like 2 years brah.

First year you can put on 20-24 pounds of muscle (about 2 per month).

Second year 10-14 pounds of muscle (about 1 per month).

Third year about 6 pounds of muscle (only .05 per month)

People severely overestimate how long it takes to get big with proper training and nutrition. You can legit be like 85% of your natural potential in 3 years.
>>
>>42745648
Everyone has one, depends how pronounced it and what shape it is to look good
>>

i dont know, i'm natty. but Ive worked out with guys on gear and they legit get stronger at-least 3x faster maybe even 4x

But it's probably a years worth of 5 days a week on entry lvl cycle

6 months with good genetics

Never with bad genetics

It's time to take the genetics pill /fit/. After 7 years of lifting i don't look half good as that, and i never will. My body simply cannot become that.

>inb4 you're doing it wrong

I can post you olympic lifters who won gold medals that look like shit.

Deal with it, an aesthetic physique is 90% pure genetics.

A Pit Bull has defined muscles, a pug doesn't. And no matter how much you train a pug, he will never have muscles. So why would it be different with humans?

i'm 6'1. this was me after my first year of lifting. Don't have before pic but I was 155lbs and skinny, about 185lbs in this pic posted. I did 5x5 first 6 months and then ppl the rest. I put on about 20lbs of muscle that year and 10lbs of fat. If I didnt waste so much time on stronglifts the first 6 months my arms would probably be bigger but its whatever

Irrelevant because are muscles and bodies are pretty much the same dumbass.

No. That guy has probably lifted since he was 14-15. If you're not a manlet, getting a body like that would take a few years unless you had top tier genetics. If your diet and routine were perfect, possibly two, but novice lifters never understand nutrition/structuring a routine so more like 3-4.

Ooh, interesting. I always see people arguing about that on here. Are you by any chance sponsored by the 'Big Test' industry to support the steroid market? Thanks for the info!
>>
>>42745901
Wtf do you mean cutting or bulking? You should just be lifting and eating slightly above maintenance and focusing on strength gains. Cutting and bulking as separate ideas are dumb as fuck unless you are ifbb. No natty person needs to worry about doing them separately unless you are serious skelly or fat as fuck
>>
>>42745539

The genetic pill facts:

1. Aesthetic muslces is dependant of having a lot of fast twiching muscles, which is 100% genetics.
2. An overall V-tapes is manly dependant on your bone structure, waist and shoulders, the "Frame".
3. Maintaining muscles on low body fat is dependent on your test levels. Which are mostly genetics.

Deal with it guys. If you don't look good after a year of lifting with total dedication, you won't ever look good without roids.
>>
>>42745560
haha what the fuck. 5-6 if you're a lazy cunt

>>
>>42745925
can you elaborate on lean bulking pls?
>>
>>42748184
Eat 300-500 calories over maintenance and work out, its that easy. Gains might be slower but overall you will end up with an easier to manage physique and much more productive cuts.
IMO you should only hard bulk if you are roiding or just don't give a shit about how you look.
>>
>>42746569

Dumb because it ignores starting points. If someone starts lifting at like 6'0'' 115lbs, they will not look good after a year of lifting, even if they hit their genetic limits and add 30lbs of pure muscle.

Everyone looks better with more muscle on them
>>
>>42748354
Oh, nice so basically what I´m trying to do. Thanks bruh gonna continue doing that
>>
>>42749143
It's all about insertions. If you have good insertions, you don't need a lot of mass to look good. If your insertions aren't ideal, you need to pack on a ton of size to make up for it.
>>
>>42746050
As someone who roids, I know for a fact that you cannot go from a shitty skinny body with no muscles to that physique in two months, it's impossible. Steroids will speed up the muscle building process rapidly by enhancing protein synthesis (and also doing some other lesser important stuff), but it's not magic pixie dust. It still takes time to build an impressive physique with steroids. Let's say steroids speed up the muscle building process by 3-4 times (depending on the dose and compounds of course), that would in your words mean that someone could go from skinny to that body in 6-8 months naturally, which is not the case.
>>
>>42748354
I wouldn't even go that high

100-300 should be fine. Think of it this way: Most people can only put on 1-2 lbs of muscle per month. At +100 calories per day, you're right at about that level. Make it +300 calories per day and you're getting enough for 2-3 lbs of muscle per month. I expect it to take me a good 2-3 years to get the physique you want at this rate. Maybe some people would prefer a faster bulk, but I don't.

500+ calories per day is probably overkill. I've had people tell me to eat 1000+ calories over my maintenance and I think that's just stupid. It's always the fatasses telling me to do this, too.
>>
>>42749366
300 kcal surplus should be the sweet spot for anyone who has been working out for longer than 6 months. Less than 300 kcal and your strength gains start becoming affected (even if you're at a point where gains are slow, you can still make rapid strength gains with the right approach). As a complete noob, you can easily eat a 500 kcal surplus and not gain much fat, as long as your workouts, sleep and diet are on point.
>>
>>42745539
2.5 years, bulk for 2+ cut for 4 months

>>42745539

>>42750307

>>42746488

Kinobody for beginners
Focus on progressive overload and key lifts. Write down how much you lift and how many calories fat transfat sugar carbs salt protein fiber you eat.
If you really commit and create burning desire that will you in a year.

Two cycles. One to bulk up a bit if you're skinny and get a good base of muscle laid down.

Second cycle to build the remaining muscle you need and cut so you're ripped.
