I heard you burn more because you also spend energy on keeping warm in the water.
Anyway it's the only exercise I do, I like it, no idea how good it is.

Man dont worry about what type of cardio you are doing as an exercise. You shouldnt force yourself to do cardio for more than 30 min a day to lose weight, instead fix your diet mane
