If your diet does not consist of zinc, it's pretty good. Makes you dream more frequent as well. plus it makes you cum more

Which one would you recommend?

Depends on the person, lifestyle, And the brand. I have taken some zma and felt nothing. I have taken brands and woke up feeling like I could hit a new deadlift pr. I have found it works better if i am in a stressful point i life because that's when im going to need it most.

Honestly just get the cheapest, doesn't really matter. as zinc supplementation doesn't have to be strict. Note that if you're eating well, you will absolutely not need zma.
