i like cheese sticks as a snack with lunch, they're okay for protein

Just a salad.

>Put frozen stuff (kale, broccoli, spinach) in container into fridge over night
>prepare meat
>wake up next morning
>add meat to green stuff
>add some sort of salad to the mix
>add a can of beans to it
>add half a avocado if it was cheap that week
>add some nuts
>sprinkle olive oil and vinegar on it
>done

Tasty as fuck, healthy as fuck and sure beats all the fast food my collegues get for lunch.
For the price of one mcdonalds meal I can get like 2-3 days worth of lunch
