I have a question guys
I go to the gym 4 days a week for a year and now I want to start taking Boxing courses.
do you guys think it'll affect my gains? if so how can I make the best of it? should I just eat a lot more on training days?

Lmao I used to have this fear of losing gains because I do an extra activity. BECAUSE my lifting routine is omg so hardcoar that anything more would make me shrink.
Seriously think about that and how ridiculous it sounds. Don't let this "fear" stop you from doing what you want to do OP. What will you lose? A few % off gains? What have gains done for you? Would losing that few % matter?
Just do it OP, you'll realise the human body is not as weak as you think and will shrink just because you do an extra manly activity.
