Myfitnesspal has a huge database of foods including raw stuff, use it to build your sandwiches/meals there. With time you will get pretty good on eyeballing the calories of most premade meals.

An average meal is 500kcal. That's how I count the calories from meals at school. A restaurant hamburger, beef or something heavy is ususually 800-1000kcal. I'm bulking so it's easier for me though

Certain restaurants give you a calorie count on the menu. If this is not the case you're fucked: either you eat at home or you treat it as a cheat night.

Either make adjustments, guesstimate calories, etc... A restaurant meal here or there, doesn't fucking kill your gains.
