Is losing weight supposed to be this easy? I don't look any different, don't feel that much better, been just doing a shit ton of cardio and basic weight lifting. Eat 1-2 meals a day
Losing weight is easy as pie once you get the mindset right. The hard part is accepting the weights get so damn heavy whilst cutting.

it's not weird at all. by cutting out sweets you have cut out calories which made you fat. you could even cut out the food, leave the sweets and you would still be probably losing weight. it is really easy once you know what works.
learn how to count calories though and what macros are. will help you heaps in the long run.
