yoga is about strength and breathing also, not just stretching. some poses make you sweat and shake more than a week of PPL combined.

I had my doubts too, until I heard about hot yoga. Yoga in a humid 30 degree Celsius room. I tried it, and holy shit. I felt amazing afterwards, and it cured my depression, something lifting only alleviates.

I suggest everyone try it for two weeks, just see how they feel afterwards. Bikram yoga is what I ended up doing. Sure it was designed by a rapist but he knew what he was doing.
