Hey, overweight here, n just started making some job to lose a lot of shit. Currently doing 40 min cyclette per day, losing around 700 calories per session, what exercises can I add to the routine?

I kind of find it hard to believe that you're really burning off that many calories.

Why not focus on a calorie deficit and lose weight that way.

Or do a little of both, exercise and eat a bit more.

speakimnh from personal experience, cardio machines get old really quickly. They're boring and may encourage you to stop.

those 700 calories don't matter if you're going to eat them back after your cardio session. It's all about how many calories you eat and your TDEE.
Also i doubt you're burning 700 calories in 40 minutes, unless you're boogie-level obese
