"lean bulk" means like +5-10% of your TDEE. it takes a very long time, like years. you're honestly better off eating at +15-20% of your TDEE and then just doing a cut.

depending on your genetics your abs might still be visible in the 14-15% bf range and there's definitely no need to go above 20% as a natty

You have to realize that most of /fit/ are noobies and fatfucks that have never seen abs or "muh strength"

You can keep abs on a bulk. Do a clean bulk (absolutely no junk food and avoid processed sugar; only thing you should be drinking is water and protein)

For your routine incorporate ab exercises and work them doing heavy sets. Youll probably be able to keep then up to 13 to 15 percent bodyfat. Look up jeff nippards video on how to scientifically build abs (and yeah hes natural )

i'll save you the x minutes - do 2 ab exercises, pref a crunching one and some other shit that's not a crunch, make sure they're weighted and hard, also ab roller is king
