I live alone, wanna feel full, spend the little the possible and still make some gains. What's the best diet I can do to achieve this?

I'll drink whole milk with oats and whey everyday. Besides that, I'm thinking about eating lots of bread, eggs, spinach, rice, pasta and peanut butter.

Am I doing it right lads?

I'm a skelly I need them carbs dude.

Meat is expensive in my country, spinach is easy to cook but I'll figure out some other stuff too then.

I'll also add bananas, it's cheap and I like it a lot.
