I have a dry erase board on my fridge. I write down every meal and then add it all up before bed. I only do this if I'm trying to gain a little more or cut a little more because once I hit the perfect calories and macros to hit my goal I stay as close to that diet as I can.

Tracking everything you eat everyday just for the sake of doing it is a hobby for the autistic.
