Can anyone tell me whats wrong with this. Im cutting with a lot of protein atm so I can lift after getting lower bf and bulk hard without getting fat. But I've got this huge bulge that I cant get rid off 6'1 at 158lbs. 185cm at 71kg.

That bit of gut is infinitely hard to get rid of, it's like one of the last bits of fat to come off. You just need to keep cutting.

Keep cutting. If you feel you look too small far into a cut, your muscles aren't big enough. Bulk for a bit then cut again.

Just use Yohimbine HCL guys. Had the same problem; it specifically targets these fat stores. Obviously it isn't magic; you have to be fasted for it to work, and cardio greatly improves the effects
It's also a stim, so I use it in place of caffeine

My routine:
IF until about 11:00, so as soon as I wake up at ~6:30 I take my dose, go to the gym and do 1/2 hr cardio/HIIT, then swim, and if I still have time I chill in the sauna

Eat brunch at 11:00. When I get home from work at ~4 I drink some BCAA and my own preworkout. List for an hour or two, use the sauna again cause it's awesome

I did this while on a cut (the majority of which I used EC stack and Clen). After Yohimbine, I'm really fucking happy with the results.
